‘Desert Folk Singers’
Sun-warmed harmony with a California soul.
The Desert Folk Singers is an all-acoustic trio that channels the spirit of California’s golden era—lush with three-part vocal harmonies, stripped-down arrangements, and a windswept folk sensibility. Featuring a rotating cast of acclaimed lead vocalists—Leeann Skoda, Jessie Payo, Samantha Schultz, Chelsea Williams, and Laura Jean Anderson—each artist brings her own distinctive voice and artistry to the group. Alongside George Krikes, the trio forms a dynamic supergroup known for its rich harmonies and timeless California folk sound. Their repertoire draws from Laurel Canyon influences and roots-inspired classics, creating music that feels both nostalgic and distinctly fresh.
The trio can be expanded to include bass, drums, pedal steel, fiddle, accordion, or banjo for a fuller ensemble tailored to your event’s setting and scale.
